This part is pretty heavily focused on autism and issues with incontinence and chronic pain (interstitial cystitis), so if those topics make you uncomfortable, or just don’t interest you, please feel free to skip this one. Furthermore: it mentions sexual abuse (both adult and on a minor) quite a bit, and the after-effects on the victim, because Sherlock gets almost taken advantage of (multiple times).
