Summary
A new racing phenomena had arrived on the streets, and it's almost like someone had took the premise of Mario Kart and made it work in real-life. It's "powered-up racing" and everyone is excited to see it out.
Haruka Amami and Chihaya Kisaragi have recently left 765 Production more than a year ago, though they still found ways to make the most of their time together and are doing well, but one day, they got an invite from a friend from L.A. and they decided to accept it. What the two didn't know is that their friend just so happened to be in on this recent "powered-up racing" phenomena and it would dragged both of them into an exciting journey.
