Summary
Beyond the eastern edge of the Milky Way Galaxy at the end of a jagged series of single starpaths there lies a single star system with only one inhabited planet. This world is called Murphys Planet, and to it have come, over the millennia, creatures of every conceivable race -- Klingons, Kryptonians, Skrull, Kree, Organians, Psychons, Daxamites, Gorgonites, Twi'Leks, Jawa, Lectroids... and, of course, those pestiferious annoyances that seem to show up everywhere... humans, from the third planet in the Sol system known as Earth.
If you've ever read about it in an sf story, watched it in an sf TV show or movie, enjoyed it in an sf comic book, it could well be here.
Murphy's Planet is an ongoing serial sci fi fan fic in which literally ANY sci fi character from any sci fi story can show up. The author will update it as the whim strikes him.

Summary
Mike Moran, the erstwhile alter-ego of the god-king superhero Miracleman, is captured by a long thought dead former friend, and arch-nemesis. It is Johnny Bates who reveals to Moran that perhaps, in the end, neither he nor the world woke up from his Red King Syndrome after all.
