In other words: A little more than just a field trip fic, and one where Mr. Harrington is actually supportive and a special teacher to Peter. Peter has people that love him, he just needs to learn how to ask for help.

Tony’s plate is overfull, he wants to help Harley with his problem but is pulled away for Avengers meetings more often than not.
Unfortunately, Harley ends up finding himself in the middle of everything, and Spider-man inadvertently being his knight and shining armour, is always right at there with him. It doesn't make things easier that Harley is pretty sure Spidey is flirting with him, of all things.

Peter's been living with the Avengers long enough now, has known them for enough time to trust them and yet something is nagging at the back of his brain. He never told them he was trans. Not like he had to, but it kept his mind too busy for him at times and it was difficult to not feel like he had to hide whenever he couldn't wear his binder.
He decides to start with the two super soldiers from the 1910s, because that seems the most daunting - the two he has no idea about what their current understanding is of these... topics. The rest of the Avengers follow in vastly different ways, but he quickly realises that he didn't need to worry. If anything, they just got more protective of him then they already had been.
