Summary
He was once an experiment of Hydra. Left out in the world to die, but he lived on and explored the world, killing the deserving as an assassin. As he learned more about the world, he became sickened at the corruption that has infected it. That's when he had an idea, he would create a new organization, one that would hide in the shadows and strike unseen before their enemies even realize. He shall become a Cobra.
