This is, frankly, ridiculous and I advise against reading it if you have any sort of normal sensibility. I mean, just look at the title.
The preface chapter about sums up what to expect, YAGOO, all hail, has started mandating things for Hololive, and to keep their jobs the girls comply.

Summary
If Takahiro had known that going to Osaka would drag him to hell, then...he would've stayed home.
The Supernaturals — Werewolves, Witches, Ingens and Vampires coexist with Humans of today thanks to a peace treaty signed centuries ago by the aforementioned groups. However, that peace is suddenly destroyed when a streak of murders swept the entire nation and to a lesser extent —Supernatural community.
Moriuchi Takahiro, a 20 year-old bartender was supposed to sit in for one week at the Osaka city branch of the nightclub "Madhouse" where he worked. However, little did he know that heading to the prefecture would turn his life upside down, dragging him into the midst of a warfare between Humans and Supernaturals.
But first, Takahiro has to deal with the fact that the second heir of the Yamashita Clan is presumptuously stalking his ass.

The next time I saw him, I couldn't put a name to his face no matter how hard I tried squeezing my brain for some letters that would give me a clue about who this gorgeous human being was, staring at me as if I were some kind of creepy creature or as if I had grown a second head or something. His eyebrows were knitted together, eyes staring intently at me, hands tightly folded against his knees. He was the eleventh person added to the growing number of visitors I currently had. They all just stayed in the corner and stared at me like this man.
