Summary
This was my entry for GISH 2021'S item #37, which was to show what the relationship might be between the Chinese Mars rover Zhurong and the US's Perseverance. Romcom ensues.
NB: This actually takes place in the future, when Perseverance has made it out of Jezero Crater. My headcanon is that rovers are genderqueer/agender and use they/them pronouns.
