Summary
It's WW2, one of most sinister wars in human history. The place takes in Normandy, France, in modest village called Grangeville. y/n is just french girl that arrived in Grangeville when the occupation started, hoping the situation there will be better than it is in her hometown, Paris. She will meet welcoming people of Grangeville, get used to being around them and find solutions with upcoming problems with German occupators.
Side note: Ernets and Colette's grandparents didn't disappear after they try to escape war so it's easier for me to set the plot (that means Ernest and Colette didn't stay at major's and Morteau's homes , but they arrived back to village with thier grandparents!
