Summary
When a wayward Celebi, a spritely god of life and time, is drawn to a land far from her home she accidentally uses powers she can barely grasp for reasons she does not understand to revive an ancient king. An aged Tyrantrum, strengthened and weakened in equal measure by over a century of life, he is an unbending and proud monarch.
The old king ruled undisputed in his time, but he will find that times have changed.
