Summary
Bucky and Steve meet for the first time since the events of the Civil War. Bucky's found out some things since then, and he's not impressed.
This is part of the End of a Rope series, and while it does make limited sense as a standalone, I recommend reading it without context only for those who have a particular weakness for Bucky being irritated by Steve.
