Tonight was the night. The mad scientist had prepared his whole life for this, yet he was nervous at the same time. Kaveh’s hands trembled slightly as he knelt beside the bed, eyes tracing every inch of Alhaitham’s peaceful sleeping state.
Kaveh’s breath hitched as he crossed the floor silently, his eyes tracing the soft curve of Alhaitham’s body beneath the sheets. His hands trembled with need. He needed him.
Needed to claim him.
Alhaitham stirred, eyelids fluttering as he shifted slightly, the barest hint of a sigh escaping his lips. Kaveh’s heart clenched, his eyes darkening. He couldn’t wait any longer.
