Summary
In the months following the Android uprising against CyberLife and their human oppressors, the Detroit Police Department continues to do its best to clean up their city's battered streets. As humans and androids alike begin to slowly repopulate the city, so does crime. It falls into the hands of Lieutenant Hank Anderson and his android partner Connor, to investigate Android-related incidents, but they're left frozen in their tracks when they accidentally incapacitate a member of a new, hidden group: cyborgs. Humans experimented on by CyberLife with android components. This discovery especially alarms Connor when he learns that he and the part human part android are able to connect through their arms as other androids do, but the information he receives isn't data, it's emotion. It doesn't take much time for a new breed of evil to come to light, and for everybody to realize that the bloodshed of the uprising is far from over.
