“So, Lando,” Zak began as he walked beside her, far too cheerful for someone who’d just delayed lunch, “you’ll be meeting your new teammate!”
“You could’ve dragged me later,” Lando complained, slowing her steps. “I was literally getting my snack…” Her voice dipped at the end, betrayed by genuine sadness.
“Well,” Zak said, clapping his hands together, “better early than late! New Teammate Hotline is calling!”
Lando cringed internally.She genuinely had no idea how she’d survived years of that man’s catchphrases.
They stopped in front of a sim room door. Zak reached for the handle.
“This better be quick, Zak,” Lando muttered. “I’m starving.”
He either ignored her—or genuinely didn’t hear her. Hard to tell with Zak.
The door swung open.
“Hello, Oscar!” Zak shouted.
Lando glanced up.

Summary
Max Verstappen entered the F1 world too early in the eyes of many. A reckless, dangerous driver, the others are slow to welcome him, instead shunning and ignoring the warning signs that blatantly flash bright. Even the media casts a shadow over the brilliance that the young boy holds inside. As his early years continue on, the grid will learn the hard way just how much pressure Max is under, and will be pressed to try and salvage anything they can before it's too late.

After being rejected by the grid pack when he first joined Formula 1 as a teenager, Max swore never to involve himself with the other drivers — especially after presenting as an omega and being forced to hide it.
However, things are about to change this year. After all, not even Max is capable of resisting the pups, especially when they all start chasing after him.

Max is the youngest driver to ever compete in F1. But also the first ever to be an Omega on the grid (At least, of the open ones. Some could've been taking blockers like him). He had it drilled into him by his father that he was a disgrace for his secondary gender, and he must hide it from everyone to not bring shame to the Verstappen name. He was told many times that all the alphas on the grid would swarm him if he ever came off those blockers. And that was what he believed would happen.
