Summary
During these times, she finds it hard to forgive herself for being like this in the first place, being wrong, even if she knows, logically, that it wasn't her choice, that there was never anything she could do to avoid it.
She's just so used to everything having a clear-cut solution, an easy fix. It's hard to live with this, something so debilitating to her psyche, and knowing that she can't do anything to fix it.
Dustin copes with being trans by herself, until suddenly she can't do it alone anymore.
