Summary
Being in ANBU has both an incredibly high risk of death and a large heaping of stressful conditions to make any experienced shinobi go insane. To counteract this strain on their ANBU, a support system has been set up, assigning one or two ANBU to an individual to be looked after, in whatever capacity they need.
