“Um, okay, then. That’s. That’s fine. That’s normal.”

Summary
When Shockwave opens the door and sees a blue, blocky shape resting on his berth, he does not do anything so illogical as to cheer, or laugh, or crinkle his optic. He does, however, move swiftly in Soundwave's direction.
Or: Shockwave is long overdue for a recharge. As per their prior arrangements, Soundwave helps him settle down enough to sleep.

Summary
“Do you think we’d be in love in every universe?”
D-16’s question hangs in the air, precarious – that is, for all of two seconds before Orion takes D-16’s servo in his. His optics briefly glance away before meeting him with all their warmth.
“Yeah, I do.”
D-16’s jaw drops while he tries to backpedal, to hide a confession he has never been ready to make. “Uh, I didn’t mean it like that. Y–You know ‘love’ as in like friends do and all, and that, and yeah I’m– I’m gonna stop talking now.”
Orion laughs, warm, and not at all awkward, and like he knows what D-16 really means. He brings D-16’s heavy servo to his intake and does not kiss it. Somehow, it feels like a promise.
Or: D-16 and Orion Pax spend a night star-gazing shortly after the Iacon 5000. The next morning, they wake as Megatron and Optimus Prime.

Brook would almost forget he is still human were it not for the dreams he gets. Not nightmares, but dreams of painful nostalgia—joyful dreams that make him remember upon waking up, wondering what the Mizuta twins, or Yorki, or Laboon would do if they saw him now.
