If you had asked me in the summer of 2023, freshly unemployed and watching the world rapidly devolve into an on-fire trashcan, if I would like to leave it all behind and live my life out in Middle Earth, my answer would have been an emphatic “fuck yes.”
That answer would have been informed by my firm and not irrational belief that Middle Earth wasn’t real; it was kind of the whole selling point.
AKA: another modern girl in the Fellowship story. It's a classic for a reason.

"Hey! you took my parking spot!" you screamed out of the rolled down window of the rental car you were driving, your voice not quite as loud and forceful as you expected, as if it got stuck in the thick, muggy Australian air.
"Jesus fucking Christ," Max mumbled under his breath from the passenger seat. "It's too early to deal with the two of you.” As your best friend since elementary school, Max Verstappen instinctively knew who the driver of the other car had to be without even looking up from his phone. You weren't exactly the type to yell at strangers about parking spaces.
Oh no, this was one of the horrible things that only the likes of Daniel Ricciardo could bring out in you.
"I was here first!" the accused yelled back. You could just hear the laugh in his throat, the giant grin plastered on his face. You would swear on your best pair of leggings that the smile got bigger whenever he thought he was besting you. And it made you furious.
