Summary
Alastor is the most powerful demon in hell. He didn't need contracts to increase his power. He had contracts with demons he wanted around but was too emotionally unstable to just befriend them. He had to own someone before he would ever let down his guard and let them see him vulnerable.
Season 2 spoilers. I wanted Alastor and Angel Dust to interact at V tower... So, I wrote it myself.
1. Alastor is drugged and Angel Dust helps him despite not being able to help himself.

Summary
Alastor may finally be free of his chains, but not of the nightmares gifted to him by Vox. No one has ever seen beyond The Radio Demon’s walls, and no one will know what plagues him now. He’ll find a solution by himself - he needs no one’s help.
All Lucifer wanted was a simple hug from his daughter after being trapped and harvested for his energy, yet even the slightest touch from another brings back agony from Vox’s machine. Is there anything or anyone that can heal the touch-starved king from fearing a light caress?

“And you are?” Lucifer asked with apprehension, his visible eyes narrowing slightly.
“Alastor! Pleasure to be meeting you, quite a pleasure!” The red guy- Alastor apparently said quickly, shaking Lucifer’s cane with a grin that seemed a bit tight.
“It’s nice to finally put a face, or mask, to the name! You are much shorter in real life!” Lucifer was not going to like this guy, was he?

Or;
Lucifer was heavily scarred during his fall from heaven. And not just mentally. So he hides his face at every moment possible. No one in hell has seen the entirety of his scars.
This annoying red guy seems to be trying to change that last statement, however.
