Honestly Regulus knew it was a terrible idea, most of Barty’s ideas were.
Going to the party had been a mistake, drinking a bit more than he should too.
Bumping into Sirius while drunk was not a mistake, it was a nightmare.Or: Regulus gets really drunk and while having fun and no filter he bumps into Sirius. It's really a shame he has forgotten that he’s supposed to be mad at him.
