Summary
Peter Parker is...having 'dreams'. Rather gruesome 'dreams' about murders taking place in New York, to be specific. And every time, Peter paints what he sees. It becomes so routine, that he never thinks more of it.
Until Tony steps in and decides that Peter needs to actually maybe not??? be constantly living in a world of only murder and paintbrushes. He is determined to help Peter, even if he has to call in a wizard to help and keep in communication with Fury.
Basically: Peter is having visions of a serial killer terrorizing New York, and somehow, the killer can reach Peter in his visions.
"At first, Tony thought that he was being messed with.
That was until the first time he saw the kids' paintings, when he suddenly understood why Fury had thought it so important to bring the kid to the tower and place him under constant supervision."
