    you are barely a few hours old when his sister comes with her warning. “they are not ours.” Lachesis whispers quietly, “the one we cannot predict, whose fate is held by the River.” Thanatos hums, lips twitching down at the edges.

     

    “all hail Thanatos's only child, son of night, brother of sleep, and bringer of fate. the only grandchild of Nyx that will live past sixteen and damned child of the Styx.” Lachesis reaches out and strokes your glowing red string that which Atropos's sight cannot see an end for with a thin finger.
