Summary
In an AU where Stands are seen by normal people in the world means that the User is to be contained in a secure location called, 'The Speedwagon Foundation'. The facility is extremely large, sanitary, secure with the latest technology, and houses many doctors and scientists. The foundation helps take in Stand Users who don't want powers, Users that don't know how to use their powers, violent users, or Users that have no where to go. As long as one is not hostile, they are able to roam around the facility, have a room with another, and enjoy natural things while scientists help study them, eventually to possibly let them out into society. However, the more violent ones are studied thoroughly and given therapy. One method of this therapy however, is a more stable User meeting and talking with the more hostile one, in order to help draw them out and cooperate, and to live a somewhat normal life.
Johnny Joestar however, didn't know he'd be in such a predicament. All that he was promised was food and shelter, until he's persuaded to talk to a subject dubbed, 'DBSM'.
