Summary
Mandalorian courtship is very simple: declare your interest in someone, spend time together if they reciprocate, and get married after a year or so. Getting married is even easier – simply swap the vows and announce it a few days later to the Tribe so you can all celebrate the happy news. Then spend the next few months fending off the nosy Elders (who all want to know when they can expect to hear more little feet on the ground). At the end of it all, Mandalorians court the same way the rest of the galaxy does.
Except for Paz Vizla. Despite his Traditionalist background, he goes about this courtship and marriage business in a very nontraditional way...a very, very, very nontraditional way.

Paz's story; how good previous fiance of 8 years cheated on him, and how he grew to love another woman from the time they merged with after the attack on Navarro where Din escapes with Grogu. Since she's so clumsy, things don't go as well as the whole tribe would like, but they're determined to see the pair of them end up together, so they all pitch in to help where they can.
Story eventually turns when Moff Gideon finds Paz and Shu'shika, and their Covert is forced to flee. They fight to come back together as a tribe, while keeping the children safe as they flee their home. Eventual happy ending.
