Shiedl agent tony | he met winter first when he was 18 and drugged up to hell on a mission | he told him come see him again and its an order | both of the forgot about it | winter kept feeling a pull toward tony but being wiped since havent remembered so the come see me evolved into protect tony | he kept seeing him years apart | till tony had enough and started precisely destroying hydra bases with shield | winter was there when tony was captured and after escaping he stayed with tony | the howling commandos are all Tony's uncles and aunts | winter never took off his mask around them so they never recognized him
