[Insert Council Of The Entire Universe BS-ery]
“I know this sounds like a completely preposterous idea, but we need to do something.”
A long table stretched across a long room, full to the brim with creatures and council. In charge of taking care of all civilizations and society, they had problems like any government. The issue today: crime and hustles.
“This solution is a waste of resources!” The Creeper King declared.
“One server to entrap criminals for reform is hardly a penny of our resources!” The Ender Dragon breathed. “It will work better than a prison, I assure you.”
“A penny well spent elsewhere…” The Creeper King muttered back.
The Skeleton King only smiled, “Our biggest thorns thrown into a blank world? My armies would be pleased to take part.”
“Precisely! There is not a doubt in this plan that the monsters will not be happy,” The Ender Dragon hummed, “And would your armies, Creeper, not find hunting that traitor down fun?”
The Creeper Kind fell silent at the offer, grinning.
“All of those traitors…” The Blaze Queen seethed, drawing out her words through thick breaths.
“It will be an experiment!” The Ender Dragon added, “if we can change the behavior of these criminals, we can help anyone and make every server a safe server.”
“A vote!” Herobrine called, raising his glass. “Those in opposition to the Ender Dragon’s solution, raise a hand.”
A few hands rose,namely the Enderman King, but it was clear that the dragon would get her way.
“And in agreement?”
All others voted in favor.
“Then it is decided; we will capture and contain these criminals and send them away. There, reform will begin.”
The Ender Dragon grinned with pride, The Enderman King grimaced, gripping his sword.
BdoubleO100: Basketball star turned petty criminal turned art theft. Went from stealing a few beers for his buds to stealing the Monalisa dressed as the Monalisa. With the ability to make someone fall asleep with a simple lullaby, he had duped police and security guards for too long.
CubFan135: Illegal experimentation on creatures. He gave a vex a consciousness and now uses it as a partner in crime of sorts. He steals money from random organizations with no connections to fund research on “super-organisms.”
Docm77: Worked under Dinnerbone for many years before stealing a large sum of classified documents. Was captured and his right arm was removed, but he escaped. For a short time, he served in the Creeper King’s army, but stole documents and hasn’t been seen since.
EthosLab: Convinces rich families that he will double their money before stealing it for himself and disappearing with a new name and life. According to an interview from a police station somewhere in Ohio, he “steals from the rich and gives to numero uno.” disappeared for a considerable crime, claimed to be seen committing petty theft.
FalseSymmetry: Started a fighting ring where she’d fight anything you put in the cage with her. After she got caught, she made herself a perfectly normal life until it was found out she was selling people her beating anyone they wanted up. She was captured.
GeminiTay: Created a system of underground tunnels that she used to steal assorted gardening supplies to use on her oasis (unknown location). What put her on the radar was that, along with the gardening supplies, she stole gallons of radioactive waste from a restricted Council compound.
GoodTimesWithScar: Previously mentioned conscious vex. Knows one thing; steal. Will pretend it’s a normal vex until there’s an opening where it will attack and allow CubFan to steal whatever is needed.
Grian: Killed his parents accidentally. He handed himself into the police before escaping the cell later that night. Is a watcher and has a temper that has caused the death of three officers so far. Easy to find, hard to capture.
Hypnozoid: Burnt down the capital building of The Hub, injuring hundreds of visitors and employees. Shockingly no one died, but some did when he burnt down the Council’s office building. Lit The Hub’s Christmas tree on fire one year, standing and watching the entire time.
iJevin: A speed-runner known for creating mass destruction of worlds. Once, he stole an old train car and lit it on fire, speeding it through a server, standing on its roof and laughing like a maniac.
ImpulseSV: Works with two others, TangoTek and ZedaphPlays. Together they commit such crimes as kidnapping people and testing experimental potions and redstone devices on them.
Keralis: Stole an oil tanker and made it into a mega base. Kidnapped and stole the identity of a mayor and pretended to be him for over three years. Broke into a pumpkin pie factory and destroyed it, leaving the company short of 3,461 pies.
MumboJumbo: Retired car racer. Worked as a photographer for years after, but after that went cold, he started stealing. Most often he’d target low security server banks and large establishments. With redstone expertise, he made clean work.
PearlesentMoon: “Dinnerboned” an entire farm of animals. Graffitis every place she steals from with a highly complex animal figure and some form of crude language. Has a large public presence and often shows up to art events and exhibits to make comments about the security before fleeing, only to reveal she left one of her own art pieces to replace one she’d stolen.
RenDog: Classic Robin Hood, stealing money and giving it to poor schools. But he has also run anarchy servers and exploitative servers and proceeded to commit tax fraud and pretend he wasn’t robbing people.
TangoTek: Works with ImpulseSV and ZedaphPlays. Worked for the Blaze Queen until she figured out that he was inventing gradually worse and harmful torture devices for prisoners. His argument to this was: “We are in the Nether, I think I have the right to torture the guys that end up down here.”
VintageBeef: Sold unregulated meat that was found out to be a combination of all parts of the cow and any officers that got too close to his operation. He moves from location to location, changing names and selling the same unsanitary drudgery.
xBCrafted: Sells alcohol illegally from a vineyard (unknown location). He made a deal with CubFan and they share wealth from Cub’s robberies and xB’s vineyard.
XirylaVoid: Stole the egg of the Council's Ender Dragon. Placed TNT in the Council’s meeting room to trigger when The Enderman King sat down. Also kidnapped his own brother and made his parents pay him a ransom before disappearing.
ZedaphPlays: Last of the Z.I.T. trio. Makes unregulated potions that claim to do miraculous things. Most of the time they are studs or even dangerous. Uses this knowledge to help Tango and Impulse, and sell the potions on a black market.
ZombieCleo: Betrayed The Zombie King by blowing up the roof of a hanger, causing the death of hundreds of zombies. She lives in the middle of nowhere, using magic to make simple mannequins fight for her.
