   Summary

   Rhysand's sister, Evelyn, had always been ignored by their father. While Rhys grew up knowing what his future entailed, she had been left out. She wants the same experiences her brother had, but knew it was too late for that. So she must make her own path and that starts with leaving the Night Court behind.

   She names herself emissary, mainly to get in good relations with the other courts and their high lords. Everyone comes to love her, one Fae more than the others.

    

   Basically, this is Rhysand's sisters story before she gets killed. She's like 20+ in this, while Rhysand is like 28+. This takes place before the war between the mortals and Fae, before Feyre and Under the Mountain.
