Or Alec Lightwood finds himself stuck in an important partner project with his "sworn enemy": the infuriating and arrogant Magnus Bane. One thing leads to another and Alec and Magnus start to find relief from academic and personal stressors in each other's beds. As Alec and Magnus spend more time together, Alec finds it harder and harder to resist hurtling right into Magnus Bane's orbit; Magnus Bane, who is turning out to be everything Alec never knew he wanted.
