Summary
An All Hallows Eve Blue Moon was approaching, and the werewolf transformations this month would be awful. Thankfully, the brightest witch of her age has designed, brewed, and been successful in having the Wizengamot fund the production, and distribution of, a wolfsbane variant that would prevent the transformation altogether. But she was running out of time to make sure everyone who needed the potion would receive it.
