Summary
Cain was a sensitive child, he cried the first time he learned what meat was. He prefered to nurture the soil and his crops. Cain may not have been favored by his God or family, but he did his best to provide. It was never much, but it was honest work. Unfortunately, the Lord thy God isn't quite on board with Cain's attitude toward life and decides to get involved. It all goes downhill from there.
In other words, I have a lot of religious trauma. Instead of therapy I reexamine bible stories and rewrite them with empathy. I think that in many of these stories accountability must fall on the shoulders of the all knowing and all powerful God and not the people. Anyway, long story short this is another character study of one of the 'villians' of the bible.
