Chapter 1: Affection Aggression

Summary:

Godzilla learns to adapt to Gojirin's aggression as she prepares to lay her egg.

Chapter Text

Godzilla's Den

Birth Island

Pacific Ocean

Godzilla awoke to the feeling of something nudging against his face, pushing him as he awoke. His amber eyes soon locked onto the one who was pushing him. In front of him was his son, or well, his adoptive one at that: Minilla.

Minilla was the adoptive son of Godzilla and his mate, Gojirin, having taken him in after the Titan War thousands of years ago. It was during a counter attack on a group of apes that Godzilla and Gojirin had found a dead body of a member of their species, along with a baby who seemed extremely saddened by this. Having felt bad for the child having lost his mother at such a young age, Godzilla took in Minilla as his own son.

He and Gojirin had wanted a child for a long time, however the conflict had put an end to that quickly. They didn't wish to bring a child into a world of conflict. Thus, they would wait until the world was safe and peaceful. That soon came to be, as Godzilla returned to Birth Island and reunited with his mate and son unexpectedly, as he thought they had been missing.

It was during 2020 that Godzilla detected a signal from a member of his own species, something he hadn't felt in such a long time. Believing it to be either Minilla or Gojirin being held against their will by the Humans, he began to go on a complete rampage on those human factories where the signal was coming from, yet it led him to nothing. After he and the ape teamed up to defeat Him in Hong Kong, Godzilla had started to become angered from his time alone. Mothra had been dead, Anguirus was nowhere to be seen, Gojirin and Minilla were missing, and the humans hated him.

But it was during Skar King's attack that he finally started to gain back some of his sense when Mothra came back, stopping him from killing Kong right on the spot. When he returned to Rome to finish up his evolution, Godzilla had been met by an old friend: Anguirus. They worked together to defeat Biollante and bring her back to her senses, before they soon left for Birth Island.

It was there he reunited with his mate and adoptive son, realizing the world was now at a peaceful state, he and Gojirin mated and were soon expecting to lay an egg.

"Ah, Minilla... what brings you to my den?" Godzilla asked his son, rising up from his sleep.

Minilla pointed over to Gojirin's den, with a bright pink light pulsing from it. "Its mother, ever since she laid the egg, she's been growing more and more aggressive to even the smallest of things, even those four legged scaly things." He replied. The Dougs were very peaceful creatures, and yet, even Gojirin was growing extremely hostile to them if they even grew close to her nesting site.

Godzilla tilted his head in confusion, before realizing it. Female Gojiras grew extremely territorial when nesting, often coming with increased aggression in addition to their already larger size, being around 140-150 meters tall, towering over the 100-120 meter tall males.

"It's likely just her nesting behavior, son. She still cares about us... even if she decides to snap her jaws at us." Godzilla replied. If humans could understand them, they'd be shocked to see how much Godzilla had mellowed out around his family.

He stepped out of his den, walking on all fours much like a crocodile to go see his mate. Her eyes glowed a bright magenta, looking at the approaching Godzilla.

Godzilla pressed his snout against Gojirin's, a standard greeting between mates of their species. She simply growled in response, moving her head away from her mate. Godzilla, however, moved in closer, trying to show at least some sort of affection to her despite how territorial she may be.

Gojirin's dorsals pulsed a brighter Magenta, before she swung her tail to smack Godzilla on the head. The strike was quite hard, causing Godzilla to stumbled back as he shook his head, looking back up at his mate. Perhaps it would be best to just leave her be instead of insisting of staying close to her. If he kept this up, she might just resort to burning his face off with her Atomic Breath, regardless of their relationship.

Although as he left, Gojirin bit down on his tail registering a short roar of pain, before she let go and roared at him. She wanted to be left alone, as she had to be as focused as possible to be ready to lay her egg. She had been waiting for such a long time to have her own child, and she was not going to allow Godzilla to interrupt her progress. Gojirin then closed her eyes to take a quick nap, waiting to lay her egg.

Minilla watched as his adoptive parents interacted, a small laugh escaping his jaws as he watched his mother smack Godzilla on the head with her tail. The King of the Monsters himself, his adoptive father and the one to kill King Ghidorah twice was being bossed around by his own mate. It was quite a site for him.

Godzilla began approaching the ocean to go gather some nuclear energy for Gojirin, realizing she may need it for helping keep her full whilst she laid her egg. Perhaps that would make her less angry at him. With a short roar, Godzilla dove into the sea, his dorsals cutting through the Ocean as he swam for the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant's ruins for its core... Perhaps it would be able to give Gojirin more energy.

Five Hours Later

The water rippled and parted as Godzilla emerged from the shores of Birth Island’s ocean. In his claws, he held the Fukushima reactor as he began to walk towards Gojirin's den, careful not to accidentally awaken Minilla, who was asleep in his own den.

Godzilla approached, speaking up as he approached. "Gojirin?"

A rumble came from inside the den as Gojirin awoke from her nap. "What is it now…" She questioned in annoyance. An entire few weeks were put into preparing for this egg and she had requested that she didn’t want to be interrupted during this process. However, Gojirin looked to Godzilla who placed something onto the ground.

"I… got you something…" Godzilla answered as he backed up, allowing Gojirin to take the reactor and begin absorbing it.

The two had been together before the Titan War had begun, going through many trials and conflicts since then. No matter how much he may have annoyed her today, she was still grateful he was still here and found them after all these years. Gojirin looked up to Godzilla, who began to walk back to his den before being stopped by her voice. "Come rest with me…"

The King of the Monsters turned to his mate and walked over before laying down next to her, their size differences becoming apparent as she curled her tail around him. The two pressed their snouts together, before they began to drift off to sleep.

The future held many things for the two and their family, including their unborn child. No matter what may happen, they would always be together through the unknown.

This peace was nice, and Godzilla had hoped it would last forever…

Chapter 2: 1998 Manhattan Earthquakes

Summary:

Young Monarch official, Ishiro Serizawa, travels to New York City after hearing about eyewitness reports of "Godzilla" sinking fishing vessels across the globe

Chapter Text

Monarch Medical Facility

Tahiti

1998

The scene outside of the medical facility was filled with military and scientific vehicles alike, surrounding a large fishing vessel that had suffered mass damage from a collision with... something. Monarch had set up tents around the area, including a medical tent to treat any people who suffered injuries from the 'collision'.

However, as soldiers searched aboard the ship, there was only one person who survived the entire ordeal. The rest of the crew was not seen anywhere and were presumed deceased by the investigators. The cargo hold was torn to shreds and the many tons of fish that had been collected were missing as if something ate them, with claw marks adorning the entire side of the ship. If it were like the previous reports of attacked Shipping vessels, then it was possible that a Titan may have sank them...

In that case, it had to be covered up as to prevent the knowledge of Titans being real from getting to the public. God only knew the amount of panic that it would create if they ever did.

Inside the medical tent, the lone survivor remained silent as he seemed to be in a 1000 yard stare at the ceiling. He had been wrapped in bandages on his arm and part of his face that covered his left eye. He had seemingly been suffering from panic attacks following the attack, being very jumpy and even terrified for even the slightest shaking or bump into something. However, the door soon opened as a young Monarch official entered to speak with the man, a notebook in his hand.

Ishiro Serizawa pulled a chair from a nearby desk and sat down, readying himself to write down the fisherman's response. "Hello, sorry to ask you so soon after pulling you from the wreckage, but can you tell me what attacked your ship?" Serizawa asked, looking to the man as he seemed to snap out of his stare, yet only a little bit.

"Gojira... Gojira..."

The same response every time a survivor was found from these wrecks: Godzilla or Gojira. The beast had been known as a myth to all, even some worshipping him as a god in ancient times. In fact, Serizawa knew of a descendent of a person who worshiped him, with that person becoming a great grandmother to a newly born boy. But what confused him was that they said it was Godzilla, who was currently being monitored as sleeping on the ocean floor near Challenger Deep in dormancy.

"Thank you, sir, I do hope you make a quick recovery." Serizawa said as he got up and left the tent, making his way to his transport to New York City to meet with other officials who had been monitoring the creature the survivors called 'Godzilla', believing that its next location that it may strike would be the greatest city on Earth itself.

New York City

New York

The city was shrouded in a massive fog, visibility almost near the single digits as people continued on their usual day. People going to the World Trade Center for their office jobs, Taxis bringing people all across the city, the usual stuff a New Yorker would see in their day. Even the fishermen were on about to head out on a trip to gather some fish to be sold, even in the terrible fog.

But as one of the fishermen was preparing to walk down the dock to his boat, he noticed something... big. Suddenly, one of the planks exploded. Then another, and another... All caused by a large... spike?

The fisherman rushed to solid ground to avoid being sliced apart by this strange spike, the ground beginning to shake even more than it was before. Was it an Earthquake? Was the land being lifted up? Was it-

A large, raptor-like foot appeared as something emerged from the water, something massive that began to walk inland. The footsteps of the massive creature began echoing like an earthquake, some pieces of smaller buildings beginning to break off and crumble to the ground onto pedestrians. Anyone who was a few city blocks from the site couldn't tell what exactly was happening, only that an Earthquake was beginning to occur. But to those much closer, they could see the shadow of a massive creature with large spikes on its back and a long tail.

The massive creature was nearing the MetLife building, showing no sign of stopping as it walked right through the building, The structure surprisingly holding up even with a massive hole in the center.

People on the streets below were taking shelter under sturdy objects as to try and stay safe during this 'Earthquake', completely unaware of the massive Titan making its way deep underground.

12 Hours later...

In the destroyed subway tunnels, Ishiro and a few military soldiers searched the massive hole of where 'Godzilla' was burrowing. The many lights the soldiers had on them were scanning the surrounding area as they searched for clues to where the Titan was.

New York had been evacuated under the guise of a large Earthquake that would occur soon following the first 'earthquake' 12 hours ago, having been a miracle that the a city of 7.4 Million people could evacuate that quickly. Now with the very dense fog covering the city, operations to find the massive Titan were underway. Even the French, who were monitoring the creature and kept it from public eye, had begun to help in the efforts to find where this creature was. From what they know, the creature had been living in French Polynesia where Nuclear Testing was occuring in the 1960s, with it only now trying to find a suitable place to settle down for now.

"We were checking an office building above only to find that the floor was gone..." One of the soldiers said to their commanding officer, a large man dressed in his standard uniform. "When we figured out it could burrow we realized that..." He paused, trying to find a way to break it to his commander easily, only to realize there was no other way.

"We realize it may be outside of the quarantine zone."

The commander stopped for a moment before speaking to himself. "Jesus Christ..." He turned to the solider. "How many tunnels were found across the island?"

"14 Sir, we've checked all of them, it hasn't used any of them." He responded. Some of the tunnels had been across Greenwich Village, Harlem, Upper East Side, and even the Financial Districts. The commander looked again, having formulated a plan.

"I want them all sealed up." The commander ordered.

"Yes Sir... uh... How would we do that, Sir?" The Soldier questioned.

"What do you mean 'How?', Fill em with cement, brick em up, fill it with land mines- I DON'T CARE, Just make sure it doesn't leave the Island." He responded, wanting to ensure that this 'Titan' didn't escape from here to cause more damage.

Serizawa waited for the Soldiers to disperse, before walking up to the commander. "Commander, It isn't an enemy trying to evade you." He spoke. "It's just an animal."

The commander turned to look at Serizawa, having been told by his superiors he was part of some organization to study creatures like these. "What are you suggesting?"

"All we need to do is find out what it needs..." Serizawa explained. When he was a child, he had always looked to the Earthworms to study them. He knew the best way to see them was not to dig them out, but to draw them out. Perhaps the same would work for 'Godzilla'. "Then, It'll come to you."

The two turned to the sound of slapping, the commander aiming his light to where the sound was coming from. The light revealed the sight of multiple fish flapping on the ground, likely what the creature ate to sustain itself...

Now, they just needed to find a way to lure it out.

2:00 AM

Times Square

The the rooftops of buildings surrounding the center of Times Square were alive with French and America armed forces setting up equipment in the rain, radar devices activated to try and find which was the creature was going to come from. Helicopters flew overhead to monitor the area if they saw 'Godzilla' near the location of the trap.

Five of the city's Dump trucks were dumping out almost impossible amounts of fish and tuna into a circular area to serve as bait for the massive creature, the idea concocted by Serizawa himself. While he should be monitoring the real Gojira, he couldn't help but feel like this could be a similar specimen, maybe even another of his kind.

The Manhole covers were opened by the soldiers, allowing the smell of tons of fish and tuna to fill the lower sewer systems and burrowing holes where the creature was.

Serizawa was ensuring the trap was properly set, about to run back to his safe zone only for cracks to start appearing deep in the road near one of the manhole covers. The fractured concrete broke away as a massive head broke through followed by a body as it stepped onto the streets, shaking off the dirt and road that had stayed on her.

Serizawa looked in amazement, the creature before him looking around as he pulled out his camera and took a photo for the Monarch Profile that would have to be made about this Titan. The flash in the middle of the night caught the Titan's attention, who began to lower down to see what had caused the flash. Some soldiers rushed over behind cover and were preparing to fire, only for Serizawa to make a gesture with his hands, motioning to lower the weapons.

Zilla inspected the human, her black iguana-like eyes looking to the one who took a photo of her. Serizawa hesitantly placed his hand onto her snout, feeling her reptilian skin similar to that of an Iguana's own skin.

She exhaled, stepping upwards and continuing her way to where her food was, ensuring not to step on Serizawa by accident.

Serizawa ran for cover to continue observing from a safe distance, soldiers nearby amazed at how he could get up close with a Titan. Shame they couldn't tell anyone about this due to all being told by Monarch that they were sworn to silence as to avoid panic and knowledge of Titans circulating across the world.

Soldiers near Times Square rushed for their positions, large spotlights illuminating the position of where Zilla was heading right for: her food. The mutant sniffed the fish and tuna, before taking a large bite and began to consume the massive food supply in front of her. Perhaps these humans were willingly giving this to her? She did not know, but she had been satisfied with this.

From one of the positions, the commander quickly shouted into his radio. "FIRE! FIRE AT WILL!" With that, the assault began upon the unsuspecting Mutant.

Tank fire began first, the M1 Abrams firing upon the Titan in hopes of causing some serious damage to its legs. A hellstorm of bullets were fired by soldiers both from the ground and on the rooftops. Zilla turned around, feeling the annoyance of the bullets and a small bruise from the tank shells being caused. One of the other vehicles firing, the M270 Multiple Launch Rocket System, had fired 3 rockets towards the Mutant, ready to try and blast part of her face off.

However, Zilla ducked under the missiles and began running away from the trap. As for the missiles that were fired, they struck nearby buildings in Times Square, blowing out pieces of it but unable to fully knock the building down thankfully.

Zilla ran through the city blocks, many more vehicles firing upon her from below only to be trampled on and explode, soldiers running from the smoldering wreckages as they tried to bring down the massive beast. However, their bullets simply bounced off of her durable skin, being nothing more than an annoyance like how a mosquito was to a human.

She ran past Clinton and midtown, making a sharp right on Hell's Kitchen as the mutated Iguana evaded gunfire after gunfire, missile after missile. At the end of 59th street was a massive blockade, with military weaponry and tanks ready to open fire upon the mutant. Zilla didn't stop running, even as missiles slammed into her, performing a feat that left everyone in the blockade shocked...

It Leaped into the Hudson River like a cave diver, disappearing into the Saltwater Tidal Flat and likely to burrow underneath the city away from attackers.

Back in times square, the Commander simply sighed in frustration. "All of that and we still did nothing?" He questioned himself, hearing someone walk up behind him as he turned, seeing Serizawa.

"Well... that isn't true, commander... We fed it." Serizawa responded. Now they just had to cover up the Military's attempt to kill the Titan with an Earthquake...

Although, Serizawa did wonder... would this Titan reveal herself once more? Only time would tell...

Chapter 3: Sinking of Atlantis

Faced with the threat of S-Gyaos, Guiron, and the Gyaos Swarm, Atlantis deploys Gamera and Hera to combat the threat. However, It would soon lead to the sinking of the once great city.

Chapter Text

Atlantis

Atlantic Ocean

300 mya

The advanced city of Atlantis was on high alert, citizens seeking shelter in emergency Titan shelters as defense cannons prepared to activate. Their once great city was under threat of attack by a great Titan army. One would assume it was the mighty Gojiras, led by the current King known as Helios, the one who embodied the Sun. Or the Kongs led by the intimidating Kjartan, ruler of the Hollow Earth.

However, the attackers were ones born from Atlantis' own creation

A few weeks ago, King Atlas ordered the creation of multiple guardian monsters to defend their great city following the discovery of a primordial evil that laid dormant, a destroyer of worlds that embodied Hades or the Devil himself. Taking inspiration from the many Titans across the world, Atlantis' scientists began work upon the guardian monsters, although the results were not what they had hoped.

Their first creature was a simple Bat-like creature codenamed Gyaos, a swarm of them that were able to attack an enemy from above and swarm it. However, their creature turned on them and escaped when one of them mutated into a Titan that they called Super-Gyaos or S-Gyaos. It was said that as the swarm escaped Atlantis, one of the Gyaos entered a portal to a realm between Earth and the Hollow Earth known as Axis Mundi, where time worked differently compared to regular time.

Their second attempt was Jiger, a large, quadrupedal, reptile-like creature with quills, a dorsal fin, and a long tail with a spike on the end. However, much like the Gyaos, the Titan turned against its creators.

Their third beast was Zigra, a Titan based off of rays or skates, with a goblin shark head and very long tail that looked similar to a Stingray. Again, however,  Zigra turned on his creators and has since been missing.

The fourth creature was Guiron, a four legged creature that had a massive blade for a head and could perform acrobatic moves to take down enemies by cutting them apart. But yet again, it turned and escaped, cutting down large buildings as he did so.

But their final attempt had finally worked, two Titans capable of turning the tide against the Invaders as Guardians of Earth, the Last Hope of Atlantis. These were Gamera and Hera, a male and female turtle Titan that had been infused with Aether to be their blood, the energy substance from the Hollow Earth that gave them their extraordinary power to use their abilities on a scale they couldn't even imagine.

The two Titans stepped forward out of Atlantis, looking down to the water below. The city had remained above the ocean, floating thanks to its Anti-Gravity generators that kept it safe from sea and land Kaiju... But not their own creations.

The water suddenly exploded into white foam as a massive object shot from it, cutting one of the city's defense cannons in half with a clash of Atlantean steel before it exploded. A loud thud was heard behind the two, Gamera and Hera turning to face it. What they saw was Guiron.

A very slim and long Titan covered in blue armor and had a bladed skull composed of lonsdaleite, he was quite possibly the most intimidating of all of Atlantis' creations. He unleashed a roar of challenge to the two guardians, his jaw splitting in two, revealing the fleshy inside that held no internal teeth.

Gamera turned to Hera, giving a nod to her. I'll go left, you go right. He spoke in their telepathic link. It was an addition the Atlanteans gave to them to help coordinate better and not give away their strategy to their enemies. Hera began to circle the bladed enemy, with Gamera following close behind before going left. Guiron snarled, planting his feet in the ground to prepare himself to execute a powerful jump.

Gamera began to charge up a fireball, electricity building within his torso as a glow of orange traveled up to his mouth until-

A creature suddenly flew into the turtle, knocking him out of position as he fired his fireball, the plasma infused projectile slamming into a building that held power generators for some of the Anti Gravity generators. A sound echoed across the city, a few of the Anti Gravity fields deactivating and causing a slight list to 35 degrees. Hera lost some of her footing, slipping a few meters down before Guiron jumped towards her, aiming to slash into her.

Hera was struck by the attack, the blade producing sparks against her body as minor cuts were made that welled with bluish green blood. Another strike was sent out downward towards her, only caught by Hera's hands clapping over the bladed skull, holding him back before flinging him far away. She caught her breath for a moment, slamming her fists together before rushing after Guiron

Gamera turned to his attacker, the creature already known to him from the deep red coloration with yellow wing membrane and mutant look: S-Gyaos. He circled from above, firing his Supersonic Scalpel down upon the turtle Titan. The beam cut into Gamera, only making shallow cuts that began to heal quickly thanks to his healing factor being enhanced by the Aether in his blood. Gamera took aim, energy building in his torso once again and sparking electricity in his torso once more.

A fireball shot forth from the Guardian's mouth, shooting through the sky and striking the mutant creation right in the wing. The creature shrieked in agony, briefly beginning to fall from the sky. before flapping his wings to try and put out the flames and soon began to fly towards Gamera.

Gamera fired a second fireball, the blast being dodged as it slammed into the Atlantean Royal Palace and caused a tower to fall over. However, Gamera fired a second blast, striking S-Gyaos in the foot and caused it to be blown off. The mutant roared in anger and pain, diving towards Gamera and gripping him with his remaining talons. The talons gripped into his flesh, digging in deep as he began to drag the Turtle across the city.

Gamera tried breaking free, only to find the grip growing stronger as he tried again and again. S-Gyaos dragged him through buildings and towers, striking a second Anti Gravity generation facility, causing the city to begin to slowly fall down towards the ocean, being stopped from falling further by a few remaining Generators. Even from the sky, smaller Gyaos began to fall upon the city, attacking the civilians on the ground and tearing them limb from limb.

Gamera, enraged at his creators and his home being destroyed by this beast, grabbed S-Gyaos by the throat, slamming him into the ground as he roared louder than before. He stepped on the creature's throat, causing it to cough up its own purplish blood as he began pummeling the beast with his claws. Left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right. He didn't stop, only when he heard a call for help.

Hera was badly cut up as she began to heal, trying to hold back Guiron's attack with his skull. However, she was beginning to lose her strength of holding back the blade.

Gamera stopped, quickly flinging the S-Gyaos over the edge down towards the ocean below, the sickening cries of the mutated creation fading.

The guardian quickly began to fly towards Hera, going his fastest before slamming into Guiron at such a speed that he was sent flying towards the edge as well, falling into the ocean with S-Gyaos.

Gamera rushed over to Hera, helping her to her feet before the pair flew into the sky and onto the mainland to watch the inevitable.

The city of Atlantis soon struck the ocean, the advanced city sinking beneath the waves to the deep blue sea... never to be seen again...

Atlantia Island

Atlantic Ocean

Gamera stepped out of his temple, Hera staying behind with their two children as he went to investigate a presence on their island. In the 10 million years they had been together, the two mated and produced two offspring known as Amphitrite and Thaumas, named after the two atlanteans that had been responsible for their creation.

He had been living in peace for a long time, but it seemed conflict had arrived from sensing a strong presence on Earth awakening from millions of years of dormancy. But the ones on the Island didn't seem to be related to it.

Stepping onto the island's beach, Gamera was met by three Titans: A Gojira known as Dagon, The first Celestial Moth known as Nyx, and a Fire demon known as Taiyo...

Gamera could only guess what they were here for... the threat that emerged.

"Where's the fight?" Gamera questioned, looking to Dagon.

Dagon soon responded. "Isla De Mara... We need your help"

Chapter 4: The Destroyer of Worlds

Summary:

The Five Titan Alliance must come to defeat The Destroyer, an ancient Titan from the stars.

Chapter Text

Isla De Mara

Mexico

290 MYA

Near one of the massive islands surrounding Isla De Mara, a storm rained down upon the area as five Titans stood in their positions. Taiyo, a Fire demon, stood in place as rain sizzled off of his superheated body while he waited for his fellow Alliance members.

Nyx, the first Celestial Moth to have existed, stood with him. Her white exoskeleton contrasted with the dull grey and black of the islands, along with her vibrant wings that held pale blue and light pink in it. She had been bought into the alliance to help defend against the Legendary Destroyer Titan.

Her billions of years of existence had given her knowledge of the creature from the stars. Long ago, a race of advanced Aquatic humanoids known as the Devonians had sought to create guardian monsters to protect their homeworld from otherworldly threats like the mythical conqueror who sought to bring peace through destruction known as Svarnamrutyuh, the Golden Death. However, as they created the creature, something went horribly wrong. In a short while, the Destroyer went out of control and wiped out the planet, Shattering it into pieces with a powerful attack. Ever since then, he had been set on destroying worlds before landing on Earth and going into dormancy, causing the Cambrian Explosion.

Finally, Dagon, and the legendary Gamera arrived as they stepped onto the land and looked out to Isla De Mara, standing next to Soto. "What's he been doing..." Dagon questioned the Ape, who looked out to the Island.

"Absolutely nothing..." The ape responded. The Destroyer had been sitting on a small mountain, as if he was waiting for his attackers to come at him.

Dagon soon spoke again. "All we know now is that he doesn't have the strength to destroy our world yet..." Even if The Destroyer wasn't of this world, he could still sense his energy from here. Even if he wasn't at full strength to destroy the planet, he could still wipe them with the floor if they fought alone.

"So we keep it that way..." Gamera spoke. If they could get him to expend energy to the point he couldn't keep fighting, they could have a chance to kill or seal him away where he would never be able to harm the world again. That sentence landed with the Titans. This was their chance.

Taiyo stepped off of his rock and looked to his fellow Titans. "You know it's a trap, right amigo?" The way the Destroyer just so casually waited for them made it seem like a trap, as if he knew they were already coming.

"Yeah, I don't much care..." Dagon responded as he pulsed his dorsals with a pale blue light. Nyx flapped her wings to get herself in the air, looking to the battlefield where the fight of their lives would take place.

"Good... just as long as we're all in agreement..." Soto spoke, before tearing his axe from the ground and smirking.

"Let's kill him for good..."

Dagon tightened his claws, leading the Alliance onto the Island.

The Destroyer looked up from his position on his rock, spotting three Titans walk onto the land he stood on. "Earth's Titans... a desperate attempt to stop what is coming..." He spoke.

Dragon approached, wary, as if sneaking up on a rabid dog. Soto and Gamera fanned out on the left and right respectively.

"Much like most species on the worlds I have destroyed, you resist... believing you could stop me..." The Destroyer said. In his millions of years of destroying worlds, hundreds have resisted him. They all failed terribly...

"Yep, we're all kinds of stubborn..." Dagon responded, ready to battle with the crustacean extraterrestrial.

The Destroyer smirked. "I'm thankful... because now, I know what I must do." He stood up, revealing his gigantic wings that were three times his size. "I will, shred life down to its last atom, and then, with all life extinguished, I remain the sole ruler of this universe... a destroyer."

"An empire born of blood..." Gamera responded. The Destroyer growled.

He took a stance, the yellow horn upon his head glowing brightly. "They'll never know it... because you won't be alive to tell them."

Soto yelled in rage, the signal to begin. Gamera jumped into the air, preparing to slam a fist directly into the Destroyer's face. Dagon rushed forward and fired a burst of Atomic Breath onto the enemy, whilst Soto jumped off of him and aimed to try and take off the Destroyer’s head with his axe.

The Destroyer was hit by Gamera’s attack, a tooth knocked out of his mouth before he retaliated with a with a strike from his tail that sent the Guardian of the Universe back a fair distance. As for Soto’s strike, he ducked under the axe and fired his beam towards Dagon, striking him in the chest and knocking him down.

Once again however, Soto got up and tried delivering an overhead strike upon him, only to be struck by the Titan Devil and pushed back. Taiyo came in from above and struck the Destroyer in the face, pecking him as Dagon took the opportunity to blast the Destroyer’s chest with his Atomic Breath.

Enraged, the Destroyer grabbed Taiyo and used him as a shield, with the fire demon feeling the surge of power the Destroyer had unknowingly gave him by using hum as a shield. Nyx flew onto the Destroyer’s back, her raptorial limbs slashing and cutting into his exoskeleton. The crustacean turned his head and tried to snap his jaws around her, only for her silk attack to glue his face shut.

Taiyo used the opportunity to unleash a wave of fire upon the Destroyer’s front body to scorch him. Smoke and ash obscured his vision as Soto slammed his axe into the Destroyer’s knee, which registered a roar of agony as Nyx jumped off and began to circle the arena, waiting for her chance to get an attack in. The Destroyer was struck in the chest once more by Dagon’s atomic breath, the azure light burning into his exoskeleton, but he began moving forward towards the Legend of Japan, delivering a swift strike into his head.

Soto, about to rush and help his ally, suddenly found his axe pulled from him. Gamera had gotten back up and fired his fireball into Soto’s axe, orange energy and cyan lightning sparking from it. He handed the axe back to Soto, before returning to the fight. Atlantis had made quite a magnificent creature

The Destroyer preformed a body slam on Dagon, slamming him deep into the ground until Taiyo came and fired a Magma Beam upon the beast, only for the Destroyer’s Micro-Oxygen Beam to strike him out of the sky for a short time. Using the distraction, Gamera flew in as he grabbed Dagon and pulled him away from The Destroyer to save him from an early grave. The two watched on as Taiyo flew back into the sky, followed by Nyx as they both unleashed their own attacks upon the satanic Titan.

The Magma Beam shot from Taiyo's beak into The Destroyer, causing the exoskeleton to begin burning and crackling with the extreme heat bought upon it. In conjunction with this, Nyx fired her God Rays down at The Destroyer, this time as an actual beam instead of a normal flash of light. It was something only Celestial Moths who had achieved Eternal stages could do, turning their brilliant shining light of the gods into a powerful burning beam that could purge The Destroyer from this world.

As the beams died down, Soto flung his axe like a boomerang flying into The Destroyer's right arm, cutting it off as a sickening combination of black and green blood leaked from the stumps where the limbs once were. The ape caught his axe and looked on with the others, just as The Destroyer suddenly flew up in a roar of rage towards Taiyo and Nyx.

Punching the Celestial Moth into Taiyo, The Destroyer punched them down into the ground with a fist of burning purple energy, striking Soto as they fell upon him. Pushed back a good distance from the attack, Soto remained dazed, still on the ground as he tried to recollect himself and his allies. Gamera descended, along with Dagon rushing towards Nyx to try and help his old ally back onto her feet.

The Guardian of the Universe stared down the Titan Devil as he noticed The Destroyer's eyes beginning to glow a brighter purple, before it suddenly shifted to a light green spreading to his floral pattern. The eerie glow began to light up the battlefield as if it were an aurora, electricity crackling across his body. The sounds of flesh and bone being torn were soon heard. It was almost as if-

Gamera's eyes widened, as The Destroyer suddenly unleashed his Calamitous Oxygen Destroyer Beam towards the group. From what little Nyx knew, this attack was able to shatter planets, but since it was most likely a weaker blast, it wouldn't harm the world but it would certainly turn them to ash.

The Turtle quickly raised up a shield, manipulating the Mana around him as he put all his strength into holding off the blast. The four alliance members looked on as Gamera held off the deadly attack with all his might. But despite it, the shield began to crack, then more and more started to appear as fractures...

But that was when The Destroyer stopped in his tracks with the attack, his green glow disappearing as he revealed his grey blackened exoskeleton and scorched face. He looked to the alliance getting up and ready for more, roaring at them with malice and rage. But as he tried moving, his torso pulsed with an emerald light, kneeling over in agony as he tried to regenerate to the best of his ability. Gamera took notice of the state The Destroyer was in, looking to his allies as they soon began getting back on their feet.

"HE'S DOWN, HIT HIM WITH EVERYTHING!" Taiyo spoke, raising his wings before unleashing his Magma Beam upon the Titan Devil. Nyx, Soto, and Dagon all got to their feet and followed Taiyo's lead. Gamera unleashed his Fire Beam, while Dagon fired a Blue Spiral Atomic Breath attack, and Nyx unleashed her God Rays on full power. Soto flung his axe once again, the four beams joining the weapon as it spun rapidly and shot through the Crab.

An explosion soon followed as Soto's axe returned to him, leaving The Destroyer as an ash colored mass of agony.

Nyx flapped her wings and began circling the Destroyer, A spell beginning to take effect as Mystical Energy began to split the earth under the Destroyer and began to pull him into the ground.

Among the roars of rage from the Titan Devil, he became sealed under the ground reenforced by mystic spells to ensure he could never threaten another world.

"Did we do it?" Taiyo questioned his fellow Alliance members. Had they really killed the Destroyer.

Nyx descended down to him as the storm above them began to dissipate. "No." She responded. "The seal will only hold for as long as the Destroyer remains undisturbed. I have faith that in the event he breaches, our descendants shall handle them."

Dagon thought to his mate known as Kaminari, who had recently laid an egg holding their son. It was due to hatch any day now and possibly become stronger than he ever was.

Soto didn’t have a family, at least not yet, but he did wish to start one. Perhaps now he could.

Gamera had his mate known as Hera, the two having reproduced during their time after Atlantis fell. Their two children had been known as Amphitrite and Thaumas, named after the two Atlanteans who made them long ago.

Taiyo had his own mate here in Isla De Mara and had her relocate for the battle on the Island. Perhaps now he could have his own Child now that the Destroyer was gone for now.

Nyx had two children who inherited her powers of life known as Mothra and Battra, twin sisters who valued life above all else.

Even if they wouldn’t be around for it, the five could go their separate ways and rest easy knowing their children would be ready for the day the Destroyer would return.
