   Summary

   Jeffery Morgan seems like your typical social outcast who loves reading manga and has a healthy interest in morbid topics relating to both blood and serial killers. At night, however, he is a serial killer who helps his community by catching and getting rid of other criminals who slip through the cracks of justice.

   But when a new killer shows up in town, placing bodies found in a brutalized manner around his school, Jeffery is caught between trying to balance his normality and finding out who's the new kid on the block.
