   Summary

   This is a casual fic about a young engineer making his way across the wasteland until he comes across the S'lanter, a species of anthropomorphic mutated raccoon, part of cut content for Fallout 1. This story takes place in 2261, 20 years after the events of Fallout 2 and 20 years before the events of Fallout New Vegas. The story will mostly follow the engineer, Matt Karako, who meets the S'lanter tribe as it barely starts to open to the world. Matt makes it his mission to help these fluffiest mutants of the wasteland develop and hopefully keep peaceful relations with neighbours. Also, although I will reuse a lot of scrapped ideas that should've been the canon, I will also add my own on top.
