Summary
Vi’s gaze grazed up and down the person’s body in front of her. A woman. Slender yet toned arms, an indication she still kept fit yet wasn’t eating enough to properly stimulate muscle growth. Two hauntingly blue eyes staring straight back at her through the lenses of the gas mask, narrowed into tight slits.
Despite the fact there was still a very real gun nuzzled into Vi’s sternum, her next words made her smirk.
“Safety’s on, sweetheart.”
There was a soft click, followed by the cold metal of a muzzle pushing deeper into Vi’s chest.
“Say that again,” the woman snarled.

When a new strain of Shimmer emerges on the streets of Zaun and turns everyone unfortunate enough to be afflicted by it into flesh-craving monsters, Vi finds herself at the forefront of one of the largest survival communes still existing.
