   Summary

   During an insurgency, Batman recruits a young man named Barry Allen and rescues him and his younger sister, Kara, from a research facility run by Wade Eiling. Life's about to change a lot for young Kara, and Barry finds a place, that's if he doesn't fight it. The same for Batman and the rest of the league.
