In this AU the spawn is an actual thing. The cult wasn't fully false in it's beliefs. The Spawn/Lady Spawn is a deity accociated with rebirth, new life, death ect. The main fault in the cults beliefs comes with their sacrifices. Lady spawn is against sacrifices.
They have been worshipped for as long as they have existed
Amarah knew about the Spawns true beliefs and lied to everyone in the cult. He is homophobic and used his misteachings of the Spawns word to convince Twotime to murder their partner.
Azure was unsure of the teachings of Amarah's word and did their own research by sneaking out at night and (idk.looking in a library or something) found out the truth. Amarah discovered this and had Twotime murder Azure in the name of the image of the Spawn Amarah crafted.
Amarah killed Twotime with the dagger Twotime used to kill Azure. He laid their body next to Azures. To hide his manipulation.
Appearance and other things-
Twotime has blackish hair that looks Prussian blue in sunlight (it's a nice shade look it up) that reached to their shoulders in a messy cut. Their arms are littered with scars from blood sacrifices. They see their own clothes and have a naturally androgynous body.
Azure has long thick curly hair with a slight purple, blue tint to it in light. Twotime along with another (unnamed) cultist crafted the hat Azure wears and cherishes.
Azure is was better at botany than anyone else in the cult. He was in charge of gardening and food/vegetation.
The cult has suffered without him
Typically, Lady Spawn prefers to present themselves in a white flowing dress or a cream off the shoulder shirt paired with charcoal grey tapered pants.
They depict themselves with black hair that has a very inconsistent length.
They do sometimes (especially when annoying spectre) look to be in joggers and a hoodie of the same colours as the other appearance of two items.
Spectre and Lady Spawn have links and would class each other as acquaintances at best. They are both powerful entities. Lady Spawn wishes to free Twotime and Azure from the Forsaken hell. The only reason they haven't is because Spectre told Spawn that they would help Spawn dismantle the cult.
This deal has not come to fruition yet.
Out of rounds, Azure's tentacles become vine-like and he can move them as he wishes. This is not the case during rounds.
Azures hat is conscious and horrible. Azure, 1x and Noli all take turns torturing it outside of rounds. Their favourite ways are drowning, frying and giving it to Pr3try. The hat hates Pr3tty.
