Summary
Gwaine was half in love with Merlin only five minutes after meeting him. Months later, he still couldn’t believe his luck that Merlin had actually agreed to be with him. His life was perfect, except for one small thing… they still hadn’t slept together.
Gwaine told himself not to push, not when it seemed that half the tavern had stories about sharing Merlin’s bed. But the waiting was driving him mad.
So when Merlin finally propositioned him, Gwaine was overjoyed — and beyond determined to be the absolute best lover Merlin had ever had.
He manages that, though not for the reason he expected. It turns out all those rumors were lies, and Merlin had never been with anyone before. Unfortunately, Gwaine only finds that out after a very enthusiastic night of sex.
