Summary
"He's eating scrambled eggs right now!?" Harry gestured to the Slytherin table where, indeed, Draco Malfoy was eating a plateful of scrambled eggs, summoned at his own request to a bewildered Snape. "It's dinner!"
"So? Maybe he just felt like it," Ron mumbled around a mouthful of chicken.
"He hates eggs! He's- he's never eaten them, ever. Once, one of them- Goyle? one of the thugs anyway- had a boiled egg, just on his plate! And Malfoy literally went to sit on the whole other side of the table! Looped across the Great Hall!"
"Harry, I think you're overthinking things. Just try to... relax."
"There is something up with Malfoy," Harry started picking at his plate, resolve overcoming him, "and he is not getting away with it."
AU where the ferret incident effects Draco more, and Harry susses this out immediately.
