Summary
After a traumatic experience with a prohero that killed his mother, and destroyed his childhood home, Izuku lost his love for heros. Instead, a calculated hatred grew for the society he once blindly adored.
And so, now 13 years old, living with his childhood best friend and gaining a magical girl special interest, Izuku attempts to rewrite the hero society's wrongs and expose the curroption within it.

Inko is killed by endeavours incinerate burn while stuck in a building and enjis agency lie and izuku hates heroes. He gets a hyperfixation on magical girls and becomes a vigilante called bloom, shouta can't do anything about it because he knows bloom is quirkless and therefore not illegal. Izuku became friends with shinsou through his etsy were he sells plushies. Bloom finds a symbol created by a group of hero haters that remind izuku if the first year of his mother's death, when he was blinded by rage. 2
