Summary
Alhaitham discovers he's the reincarnation of King Deshret after exposing himself to forbidden Knowledge thanks to the divine knowledge capsule he used in the archon quest. So forbidden knowledge leeches into his soul from Deshret and he finds himself suffering from the knowledge Nahida should've already purified. So they have to free Apep in order to purify all of Deshret's soul. Though it focuses more on everyone else dealing with it and Alhaitham slowly loosing his whole sense of self and humanity.
