I. INTRODUCTION
The following is a compilation of data taken from Amity Park, Illinois', online activity, including but not limited to various social media platforms, group messaging applications, and video footage.
The intended purpose for this surveillance is:
- To gain insight into EE-09's behavior and psychology as it relates to its status as a human-ghost hybrid
- To understand the effects of high levels of ecto-contamination on a population over time
- To gain insight into ectoplasmic entities' general behavior and psychology

Around the time 16:12, EE-09 was talking about how Amity Park was “still hungry” and then ceased communicating with ECC-AP01-02. Trying to view footage from Casper High School or anywhere else in Amity Park isn’t helpful; EE-09’s presence, predictably, seems to have corrupted it in its entirety. There’s technically audio of some of the footage, but it’s unintelligible.
-There is mention of EE-09’s presence affecting electronic devices across local broadcast stations and social media, but our data collection program decided for some reason not to capture that data. I might be able to collect it manually and then analyze it, but that will be tedious to do so and I don’t believe I have the time for it. (This does make me worry about what else the program isn't picking up on, will have to talk to Dr. Atlas about this.)
- EE-09’s reference to Amity Park as some kind of entity seems new. An entity that needs “substance” (presumably ectoplasmic material), through its inhabitants?
Is Amity Park sentient-This development will have to be examined more, if there even is anything… Off about it. Or if it’s just EE typical nonsense.
- EEC-AP02’s reaction to being away from Amity Park might be something. Considering the development’s in EE-09’s behavior, there could be something about the city that negatively affects its inhabitants if they leave, even if just temporarily. It’s a rare occurrence for inhabitants to leave Amity Park, even rarer if they fully move out of the city. Is there something that compels them to stay, despite everything that goes on here?
- EE-10’s interactions with EE-09 have been documented. Unsure if this is more hostile interaction, or if they’re engaging in amicable EE social customs such as “play fighting.” I’m leaning towards this being a “friendly” interaction, judging by the fact that the two EE’s stopped and listened to EEC-CH45’s outburst and reacted in an agreeable way.
- ECC-CH53’s classification status might be changed to an Ectoplasmic Entity, depending on if further examination into it requires it. I don’t know what to think of EE-09’s description of ECC-CH53, with it being potentially overshadowed but in “a venom eddie type of way.” Could ECC-CH53 be willingly sharing a physical body with an ectoplasmic entity of some kind? Or that it’s also a half ghost, like EE-09? It could be something else entirely, but without further investigation we won’t have an answer yet.

Dr. Z mentioned EE-09’s behavior from 08/21 to me; I’ll have to try to simulate those responses in some of the EE’s we have available.
-EE-09 also has corrupted his own texts to his partners on accident again, this time when discussing wanting one of them to be with him right away, disregarding the physical distance. EE-09 feeling’s towards its parents has reached a boiling point, before it likely settles back into an unsteady level of neutrality/resignation after a few days. That’s just my prediction based on what’s happened in the past, though; There’s always a chance that EE-09 doesn’t do that. Would it confess its half ghost status to its parents? Would it run away from home for good?
I don’t think it's likely for EE-09 to deviate from this expected reaction pattern to its parents, but the chance of other outcomes is never zero.
- For EE-09’s apparent disappearance, it was indeed seen North of Amity Park, between Burial Grounds Coffee Company and Spiders Eye Drive around the hours 2200-2230. Its ecto-signature moves further South around 7 Angels Street, then after 5 minutes, it leaves the area. EE-09’s ecto-signature seems to be heading in the direction of Fenton Works Incorporated, and then it starts flickering, jumping sporadically over our ecto-signature tracker.
- Around the time 22:37, video footage in the area shows Drs. Madeline and Jackson Fenton leaving Fenton Works Inc., moving North to EE-09’s approximate location and following it before I assume EE-09’s ecto-signature also becomes unclear to them as well. They spend about 15 more minutes looking for EE-09, then begin following another EE’s signature for another hour, then head back in the direction of their workplace. The smaller ecto-signature disappeared in proximity of the Drs. Fenton, so I assume they have captured the entity and brought it to their lab for study.

-If the Drs. Fenton did manage to capture EE-09 (and it doesn't reveal itself to them), it would lead to a sudden halt in our own analysis to then prepare to acquire the entity for ourselves. It's earlier than planed and not ideal, but if it comes to it, that will have to be acceptable.
