Summary
After the death of his beloved brother Boss, Cherry is left drowning in grief, unable to escape the suffocating routine of loss and longing that fills his days. Haunted by memories and wracked with guilt, he struggles to find comfort in old rituals, even as Papyrus steps in to fill a promise—offering both tough love and gentle support in Boss’s absence. As Papyrus and Sans do their best to anchor Cherry, lines between care, discipline, and deep emotional need blur, forcing Cherry to confront pain, vulnerability, and the first fragile steps toward healing. In this chapter, raw grief, complex loyalty, and the ache for connection collide in a tangle of heartbreak and hope.
