Summary
After a mission gone wrong due to a Red Ring ambush Waterboy dissappears, leaving robert unnerved as that isnt like herman to just run away given how hard he worked to be a hero. A few months after his dissapearance there is calls of a strange new villain emerging. Drowning his victims and causing mass floods. On one of his days off robert secretly goes to investigate a location this villain has been spotted in only to find a tall, pale slender person with long hair, and glowing icy blue eyes. He gets into a fight with the villain, upon getting a closer look its waterboy, who is now bearing the name RipTide. Robert and RipTide end up meeting numerous times in hopes robert can bring the broken and battered man back to the SDN, while their true feelings come out along the way getting into some steamy situations, and some heartbreak. How long do they have to keep up the act? How long until someone notices?
