Summary
After joining back with his other half, Vergil was finally himself. All the trauma from being Nelo Angelo was resolved, at least he thought. As he rushed down to meet his twin brother, something strange happened. A version of his human self, V, along with the demons who had aided him were ripped out of him and taken into another dimension.
There V woke in a void, the last thing he remembered was deciding to save the world with his brother. He noticed his companions dormant and unaware in their spheres and as the time went on, he felt utterly alone.
It was until he heard a sirens song sing to him in the void when he felt as if suddenly he was whole. He was pulled out of the void and was able to a take breath for the first time.He saw a young woman who stared at him in awe, and in that moment V felt the pull and connection to her; an unwavering need to be close to her. Perhaps it was because in order for him to have been brought there, their souls had to be bound to each other.
