Uniform Requirements
Members of our ESH program are not in a customer-facing position, and as such, are held to less stringent appearance standards compared to our regular day-shift staff members. Please familiarize yourself with the following apparel requirements before your first shift.
- There are no restrictions on hairstyle or color, so long as it does not interfere with your job. We strongly advise that long hair be tied out of the way, especially when doing maintenance work on the animatronics.
- Likewise, there is no restrictions on fingernail length, style, or color. Ensure that any long acrylic extensions do not damage the silicone or fur casing of the animatronics.
- While not outright prohibited, we strongly advise leaving jewelry at home - we are not responsible for lost or damaged accessories, nor any injuries that may be caused due to snagging during the course of your job responsibilities.
- Shoes must be closed-toe, with a heel of less than 2 inches. Expect to walk several miles per shift.
- Wear any bottoms that allow you to bend, crouch, stretch, and walk comfortably.
- You will be issued 2 neon orange FazCo branded T-Shirts.
- Should you observe anyone in the facility that is not wearing these T-Shirts, please radio the security guard OR inform your animatronic immediately.
- Replacement or additional T-shirts are available upon request. The cost will be deducted from your next paycheck.
- You are required to wear your FazWatch for the duration of your shift. Ensure that the battery is sufficiently charged to last the 6+ hours of your shift. This is your lifeline, so treat it as such!
- If your FazWatch becomes inoperable or lost, IMMEDIATELY request a replacement via your app. We will deduct the cost of your replacement from your next paycheck.
- Drop all shifts you may have scheduled until you receive your replacement FazWatch. Ensure that your assigned animatronic is aware of the change.
- If your FazWatch becomes damaged to the point of inoperability during your shift, radio the security guard to escort you to the security office. Wait there until the end of your shift, and depart promptly at 6 AM.
- Please note that all damaged FazWatches are to be returned to the company ASAP. Likewise, once you are no longer employed by the company, we require that you return your Fazwatch.
- You will be provided with an employee badge. This will allow you to be on premises after our facility closes to the public. You will also use it to swipe in and out of staff-restricted areas as permitted.
- If you arrive without your badge, proceed immediately to the security office. If the security guard is out making rounds, radio for assistance and WAIT outside the office. You will be issued a temp badge for one night only. You will return this to the security office before you leave for the night.
- Ensure that you wear your badge AT ALL TIMES during your shift! Failure to do so may result in your being mistaken for an intruder.
- You will be provided with a walkie-talkie. You are expected to keep this charged and within reach while on-premises. Damaged or lost walkie-talkies will be replaced out of your paycheck.
