   Sometimes the past creeps up at the worst times, even at training, and even after something good. Trauma doesn't wait until the perfect time to show up; it likes to surprise and occasionally ruin good days.

   Here is my emotional, but short, interpretation of what Gwyn's healing journey may look like post-ACOSF.

   And of course, there's Gwynriel because I may have an obsession with them. Sorry, not sorry.

   Anyway, this is all very emotional and serious, so please read the warnings and my message at the beginning. I used my own experience and my psych education here, so I do hope it represents well. Also, this is my first post, so go easy on me.
