Derek Roy is not a nice guy. He was banished from a vault in Canada and still furthers their research goals in the hopes he'll be allowed to return home one day. Not that any Wastelanders ever suspect what he's been up to. But he's been on his own for several years now and his old worldview is fraying at the edges. It turns out some Wastelanders like Sturges and the Atom Cats are pretty cool, actually.

Things are looking up for Toby the drifter; he gets to hang out with his amazing new friend, a handsome and mysterious vaultie who came all the way from Canada! Besides being a total hottie, Derek is also fun-loving, helpful to Wastelanders in need and generous with his chems (also a nice bonus!) Derek even hinted that they're looking for new residents at the vault! (Okay, definitely boyfriend material, hold onto this one!)
Derek mentioned he loves hearing wacky stories about life in the Commonwealth, probably because he grew up in a vault and it's all new to him. Well, Toby has plenty of stories to share!
