Summary
2008. Two years have passed since the Titans fought The Brotherhood of Evil, changing the Titans lives forever. But from tragedy something new emerged: The Young Heroes Training Program and the global expansion of the team. Under Robin's orders, Jinx and Kid Flash jointly founded The Titans Tower, Central Division, tasked with recruiting new team members and protecting the twin cities of Central and Keystone.
