Notes:

I'm doing this purely for me. There are so many wonderful black characters out there that get sidelined, bashed, or ignored by their fandoms. So in honor of black history month I'm going to post a fic everyday, long or short, Fluff or angst, maybe smut depending on who it is, about 28 of my favorite black characters in media.

If you don't understand why I'm doing this or you think it's unnecessary then take a step back and look at yourself and your fandom history. Now ask yourself how many people of color are on your list of favorites.That is not a dig at anyone individually and more importantly this a series of love letters to characters who look like me.

This project I'm undertaking means a lot to me so if you see something you don't like, a ship, a tag, a character etc., then I beg you to indulge in the ancient fandom art of just clicking away. Not everything is meant for everyone and that's okay. Go find something you will enjoy!
