Summary
This is a small anthology of stories surrounding original characters from Runeterra. Most of these started out as champion concepts that I then built some lore around, while others started as characters that I tried to design a kit for. Be warned that I am a Bronze League player and by no means am I good at the game, so the balance for some of these kits may be not great, but this is just a fun little passtime I've enjoyed, and I hope you will enjoy these ideas!
I'm also not as familiar with the Runeterra setting as I'd like to be. I asked my more knowledgable friends plenty of questions to see what they thought, so if there's anything that doesn't line up with canon, you can take it up with them.

Under Ezreal and the sun spirits’ guidance, every day has at least a moment of sunshine. Or if not sunshine, then at the very least of daylight. Sure Vladimir and Aatrox could gloom up the sky all they wanted, but they could never quite darken it completely while Ezreal was around.
Now though? Looking out past the forest and into one of the human villages, it’s obvious something is very wrong. Because, even though it’s supposed to be a beautiful summer afternoon (and Ezreal and the sun spirits worked very hard to make sure of that)—the village is dark.

Sea Hunter Aatrox is a great bounty hunter, one of the best. Finding a target miles out from any land? No issue for the large amphibian. Danger of extreme bodily harm? His strong healing will take care of it. His crew is made up of four equally self-sufficient and skilled members, though you will never hear him say it. They take on their own missions and always have their trusty hideout to return to after wild adventures.
One day, Aatrox barely makes it back from a hunt due to incomplete intel and the only one home is Malphite, a large golem crafted from a legendary retired gunship. The golem may not be able to speak much in the common tongue but it sure knows what companionship is, and it wont let Aatrox suffer the healing process alone. If it just so happens to find joy in making him comfortable and very relaxed, then what's the problem?
And if later the other two crewmates come home from their hunts and just so happen to rile up Aatrox in just the right way, what's to stop him from acting on the urges a lone wolf so often has?
