Eve hires a vintage Mini and takes Suki on a trip to Brighton for the weekend, but not before she experiences some surprises at home. Set between 2nd and 5th August 2024 because I'm assuming they'll be happily together by then, but not living together yet.
The title is a spin on Pride and Prejudice and also the legal term "without prejudice" which states that remarks made in a sincere effort to resolve a disagreement cannot be used in court as proof of admissions against the person making them.

Summary
This work is inspired by the marvellous fictional couple Eve Unwin and Suki Panesar, a couple that couldn't stay apart even if they wanted to. Most chapters are for the times between when our favourites were not on screen, all those moments we long to see, the words we want to hear them say... but that we don't actually ever get. This story is told mostly from Eve's point of view.
For the most this multi-chapter work follows canon as well as attempting to follow the timeline of events established on the show. The intent is to remain true to character of the two heroines of SukEve. The twenty odd chapters currently written contain mostly of characters in the Eastenders canon. There are some exceptions - some additional characters and eventually if it takes too long for SukEve to get back together, I may just have to mess around with things.
